We are hiring for two roles right now:

Flixbus Intercity Express Coach Drivers
Private Hire Coach Drivers

Whichever suits you, you'll drive a modern fleet, earn a great rate, and be looked after by a team that values it's people first and foremost. Our team have won UK Coach Driver of the Year twice, as well as Large Coach Operator of the Year 2025. If you have it in you - we will bring it out.

Flixbus

£17.00 - £19.00 per hour

Drivers who have been with the company for over 12 months will receive a loyalty bonus of 75p per hour!

Belle Vue Manchester are partnering with Flixbus to build the largest UK intercity coach express network. From our depot in Stockport, we operate a 23 fleet intercity Flixbus service transporting passengers across the UK every everyday. We are currently seeking experienced coach drivers to join our team.

We have daily departures, connecting cities such as Manchester, Newcastle, York, Liverpool, Leeds, London, Bristol, Birmingham and Leicester. You will be part of a team that contributes to delivering a service by road, which is safer, cleaner and greener.

You will be responsible for safely driving Flixbus coaches on assigned routes, adhering to schedules and ensuring passenger safety. The role includes daily walkaround checks, maintaining cleanliness of the coach and assisting passengers with any enquiries or issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and providing them with a positive travel experience.

Details:

Pay Package:

- £17.00 per hour Monday – Friday

- £18.25 per hour Saturday and Sunday

- Plus bonuses and perks

Loyalty Bonus (for drivers who have been with the company for 12+ months):

£17.75 per hour Monday - Friday

£19.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday

- 5 days on / 3 days off or 4 days on/4 days off

- Overtime available

Private Hire

£15.00 – £20.00 per hour

Excellent database of clients covering:

- Education

- Corporate

- Private Hire

- UK & EU Tours

Your duties include:

- Carrying out daily walkaround safety checks

- Wearing a company uniform with pride

- Driving to a professional standard as per the company operations policy

- Doing introductory H&S briefings onboard

- Driving a modern fleet of vehicles

- Working to EU tachograph rules

- Attending training days

- Offering the best service

Salary Package:

£15.00 per hour (40 hours per week guaranteed)

£20.00 per hour for any hour worked over 50 hours a week

On target earnings up to £50,000! (With bonuses and overtime)

Plus Bonuses & Perks for:

- Driving Ability on our Tracking System £50 per month

- Customer Service and Testimonials £100 per month

- Photographs £50 per month

- Video Testimonials £50 per month

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
