Overview

We are looking for a highly organised Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to join our law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Experience of working as a PA or Secretary is essential and law firm experience is a distinct advantage.

Duties

Organise client and other meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared in advance.

Look after all administrative needs and be the first point of contact for one of our Private Client Directors and another Private Client Fee Earner.

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive impression.

Diary and workload management.

Skills

Strong organisational skills.

Able to prioritise a busy workload.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

An experienced administrator with competent typing skills.

Law firm experience an advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Minute taking.

Strong IT skills.

Dictation experience (desirable).

Case management experience (desirable).

This role is full-time, (35 hours per week) and based on site in our New Milton office. Competitive salary, 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) and an extra day off for your Birthday.
