As part of your application, you will be invited to complete an anonymised CV which should include your career history, experience, and qualifications.
Additionally, you will be asked to provide an anonymised Personal Statement of up to 750 words detailing how you meet the Essential Skills and Criteria within the job advert.
You will also be asked to complete a 250-word statement on the lead behaviour "Managing A Quality Service".

Sift Information
The sift will take place from week commencing 13th July 2026 where you will be scored on your statement on the lead behaviour "Managing A Quality Service" and Personal Statement.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the sift will be conducted on a knock-out basis. An initial sift will be conducted on the lead behaviour statement. Candidates who successfully meet the benchmark for the 250-word statement, will be progressed to a full sift on the Personal Statement. If you do not meet the standard for the lead behaviour statement, you will not receive a score for the Personal Statement.
Interview Information
Interviews will take place from week commencing 20th July 2026 where you will be scored on the advertised behaviours and strengths.
As part of your interview, you will be required to deliver a short presentation. Further details of this will be sent to candidates invited to interview.
In the event of a tie break, the Lead Behaviour "Managing A Quality Service" will be used to determine outcomes.
Please note that these dates could be subject to change due to panel availability.
Sponsorship
This role is not open to application from those who will require sponsorship under the points-based system. Should you apply for this role and require sponsorship your application will be rejected, and any provisional offers of employment will be withdrawn.

Progression through pay ranges is subject to annual pay awards as permitted within annual pay remit guidance and negotiations with Trade Unions.
