Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our products and services, primarily focusing on Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably Spanish language skills. Experience with telemarketing, Salesforce, and CRM software is highly desirable. Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
Identify potential sales opportunities through engaging conversations and active listening.
Maintain detailed records of interactions using Salesforce or other CRM software.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.
Update and manage customer information accurately within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during all communications.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to support continuous improvement.

Experience

Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in sales, develop their communication skills, and contribute to our organisation’s growth through effective client engagement.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
