ABOUT US

We are a GPhC-registered UK telehealth and online pharmacy.

We help people access clinician-reviewed treatment quickly, discreetly and safely, across a growing range of health conditions.

We are in a fast growth phase and building our owned social channels properly for the first time. Real clinicians, real expertise, and a brand with a genuine story to tell.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham.

Regular on-site presence is required and it is not open to fully remote.

THE ROLE

If you love taking a brand's story and turning it into scroll-stopping video, we would love to hear from you.

To be upfront: this is not a rigid "just schedule what we hand you" role.

You will have the creative freedom to own our short-form content end to end, running the full creative loop: idea, script, shoot, edit, post, review.

WHAT THE DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE Spotting trends, formats and audio angles before they peak, and keeping a fresh pipeline of concepts ready.

Writing tight, hook-led scripts built for short-form video.

Confidently shooting and directing talent, or presenting on camera yourself.

Editing and publishing across Instagram and TikTok, keeping the brand's story consistent.

Treating reach and engagement as a target to chase, not a page to keep ticking over. Reading the data (watch time, shares, saves, profile visits) to make the next batch sharper.

Working alongside our paid media agency so organic and paid stay aligned, and the strongest-performing organic content can be repurposed for ads where it fits. Curating and growing our online community: replying to comments and messages, sparking conversation, and making followers feel looked after.

Keeping a finger on how the brand is talked about across social, catching issues early, and escalating anything clinical or any complaint to our pharmacist team rather than handling it yourself.

Working with our PR team so social amplifies press coverage and the brand tells one consistent story across every channel.

WORKING IN A REGULATED SPACE

We are a pharmacy, so our content leads with education, trust and expertise rather than product-pushing, and every piece gets a quick clinical compliance review before it goes live.

When someone raises a medical question, a complaint or a possible side effect in comments or messages, you will pass it to our pharmacist team to handle rather than answering it yourself, and you will keep any personal or health details out of public replies.

In return you get clear rules and fast sign-off, so you are never left guessing what is allowed. We will teach you the guardrails.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are after a genuine storyteller with a self-starting, action-oriented mindset. We would much rather test five real, engaging posts than spend weeks perfecting one.

You are based in or within commuting distance of Birmingham and can be on site regularly for filming and planning. This is a hybrid role, not fully remote.

You feel totally fluent in how TikTok and Instagram work in 2026: formats, pacing, and what the algorithm rewards.

You are comfortable across the full loop (idea, script, shoot, edit, post, review) and you do not need a team to make something good.

You are confident with a camera and an editing app.

You are happy on camera and can present with energy and personality when a piece needs a face.

You have a natural instinct for community: you enjoy replying, engaging and building rapport, and you have sound judgement about tone in public.

You would rather ship real work fast than sit on something until it is "perfect".

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

A repeatable content system in place: ideas, scripts, shoots and posting on a consistent cadence.

A steady volume of on-brand posts shipping across Instagram and TikTok, on time. We will agree the right number for your hours.

Measurable lift in reach, follower growth, engagement and profile visits versus the previous quarter.

An active, well-tended community: quicker response times on comments and messages, and growing conversation rather than just a growing follower count.

One or two repeatable formats proven to land, that we can keep doubling down on.
