Full job description

The Role:

Premier Cleaning Services are seeking an Account Manager to be on the front line of our client communication. The ideal candidate will have a professional understanding of what makes first class customer service. They will be flexible, patient, good at multitasking, and have impeccable problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should:

- Have experience in writing effective, polite, and professional emails to clients.

- Have an impeccable telephone manner as they will be speaking to corporate clients.

- Have strong communication skills as they will be communicating to operatives who may not speak English as their first language.

- Be comfortable to visit Corporate and smaller Clients on a Monthly basis to carry out Quality Inspections, and with the ability to problem solve if/when issues arise.

- Be able to use Excel to keep the Office “Quality Admin” system up to date.

- Must have experience in Administration. This includes creating quotes, logging issues and keeping track of multiple tasks at once.

- Update office diary with any changes for both the office and our sites.

- Must have the ability to absorb new information quickly to keep up with changes.

- Be able to take action to resolve issues that may arise due to the acts or omissions of our operatives. This will involve making sure any corrective action is fully understood by operatives.

- Be responsible for purchasing cleaning materials on behalf of clients across multiple sites.

- Be responsible for liaising between our clients and 3rd party contractors when arranging specialist services such as Window & Carpet cleans.

- Be involved with the recruitment process of cleaners.

- Assist with the organising of any new contracts.

Proficient / confident with Microsoft programs to include Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

Experience is essential with references required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

English (required)

Work Location: In person
