About the company:

We are a family-owned business which has been well established for over 30 years. We are the largest independent used car dealer in the Stockport and Greater Manchester area, owning 4 sites, Dace Motor Company, Dace Specialist Car Centre Stockport, Dace German Car Centre and Dace Specialist Car Centre Manchester. At Dace Motor Group we are very proud to be the first business to be approved by Stockport Trading Standards, we are also very pleased to announce that we were currently voted 21st out of the top 50 independent dealerships in the UK, With our group expanding we now stock in excess of 700 used vehicles across our 4 branches.

Job Summary:

Join our team at Dace Motor Group as a Weekend Receptionist / Admin Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist our full time administrator during the weekends. During this role you will be our first port of call for customers before they get assigned to the sales team, as well as keeping documentation organised.

Job Role:

Answering the telephone
Monitoring Emails
Meet & Greet
Data entry
Filing
Completing general admin tasks

The ideal candidate should be:

Organised
Well-spoken and presented
Punctual
Able to use basic computer programs such as Word and Excel
Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and alone

The days required for this position are as follows:

Every Saturday & Sunday
Bank Holidays
Additonal holiday cover during the week

Experience is preferred however not necessary, as training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year

Work Location: In person
