We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of Finance & Insurance processes and products, who are ready to ensure that all customers and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all finance admin staff operate a high-quality service at all times.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for all financial transactions (payments, proposals and completion of finance documents and refunds).
- To manage staff rotas and holiday, including ensuring that the branch is adequately covered at all times.
- Ensuring that the Finance team is fully trained and kept up to date and ensuring all relevant staff are FCA accredited.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records.
- Promotion and sale of all F&I products.
- Complete Demands and Needs and ensure only the correct policies are sold.
- Producing of relevant accurate reports for the senior management.
- Ensuring that a strong working relationship with all our providers and partners is maintained.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with all other departments and team members.
- Assist in management of the rota to ensure adequate cover at all times.
- Attend visits by external bodies and other associates of the company, as required.
- To assist other managers of other departments when required.
- Build relationships with Customers with a view to receiving positive Trust Pilot Reviews, and repeat future business.
- To undertake administrative duties as required to support the Finance Team.
- Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience within the motor trade industry
- Confident team leader with strong administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of F&I processes, products, and add-ons
- Professional and confident manner, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Honest, reliable, and demonstrates high levels of integrity
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, with a focus on achieving results
- Ability to identify issues, add value, and follow through to ensure resolutions are maintained
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Adaptable to varying workloads and working patterns
- Literate, numerate, and proficient in computer systems and software applications
Desirable Skills:
- Full UK manual Driving Licence (desirable)
