ANTVIC Craft Studio is looking for an experienced Aluminium fabricator to lead our aluminium fabrication workshop. This is a hands-on management role where you'll take full responsibility for production, quality, planning, and workshop operations.
We specialise in high-quality aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and bespoke glazing systems for premium residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the fabrication workshop.
- Plan and coordinate production to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise and support fabricators and workshop staff.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor productivity and improve workshop efficiency.
- Manage stock levels, materials and equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in aluminium window, door and curtain walling fabrication.
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Production Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Good knowledge of aluminium systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, Cortizo or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical information.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure.
