As an Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our production processes and equipment run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Play a key role in keeping production equipment and processes running safely, efficiently, and reliably
- Carry out routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment
- Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete effective, high‑quality repairs
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime and support production
- Support engineers with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
- Contribute practical ideas to continuous improvement projects and design reviews
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, drawings, and technical documentation
- Work safely at all times, following site procedures and regulatory requirements
- Take part in risk assessments, permit‑to‑work activities, and safety improvement initiatives
- Carry out equipment inspections and proactively report defects or hazards
- Work closely with operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Assist with planned shutdowns and scheduled maintenance activities
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and cross‑functional teams to support day‑to‑day operations
