Assistant Engineer – Highways Asset Management

Your next role

We’re looking for an Assistant Engineer – Highway Asset Management, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our highway network and supporting environmental compliance at landfill sites. Working closely with specialist engineers, you’ll use data, inspections and innovative approaches to help manage assets, assess risk, support capital programmes and ensure compliance with legislation—making a real difference to safety, sustainability and service delivery across the borough.

The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car, in order to make site visits and attend meetings.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
