Warehouse & Frame Finishing Operative Full Time, Permanent £30,000 per year (£14.40 per hour) We are looking for a reliable and hard-working person to join our small manufacturing and dispatch team producing picture frames and wall art products. This is a varied hands-on role that combines warehouse, dispatch, and frame finishing duties. The role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in accuracy, and is happy working across different areas of the business when needed. Key Responsibilities - Picking and packing customer orders accurately - Preparing daily courier collections - Assisting with dispatch operations during busy periods - Finishing picture frames by fitting styrene/glass, MDF backs, fixings, and hardware - Applying barcode labels and production labels to finished products - Cleaning and quality checking finished frames before dispatch - Checking products for damage or defects - Assisting with goods-in and unloading deliveries - Replenishing packing materials and workshop consumables - Moving and organising stock around the warehouse - Helping maintain accurate stock locations - Reporting stock discrepancies or damaged goods - Using barcode scanners and warehouse systems - Assisting framers and manufacturing staff where required - Supporting bespoke and non-standard customer orders - Helping maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment - Supporting continuous improvement of workshop and warehouse processes About You - Reliable and punctual - Good attention to detail - Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work - Able to work at a good pace while maintaining accuracy - Positive attitude and willing to help across different departments - Comfortable working as part of a small close-knit team - Warehouse, manufacturing, framing, or dispatch experience is beneficial but not essential This is a long-term role within a growing business, with the opportunity to become an important part of the core team as the company continues to expand.
