Welder / Fabricator – BT Lerson
Location: Essex (with occasional site work at Stansted Airport)
Type: Full-time | Overtime & Bonus Opportunities
BT Lerson is looking for skilled Welder/Fabricators to join our growing team. If you're experienced in MIG and TIG welding and have a passion for quality fabrication, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Fabricate and weld components
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Inspect finished parts for quality and safety
- Collaborate on projects across aerospace, medical, and construction sectors
- Occasionally work on-site at Stansted Airport
- A clear DBS check and 5 year reference history will be required for work, along with a right to work check
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with high-quality MIG & TIG welding
- Ability to work from technical drawings
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site when required
- CSCS card is a plus, but not essential as we can support you to get this
