Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager – Residential Development
Location: Cricklewood, London
SKRM Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager to join our team on a large residential development in Cricklewood, London.
The project comprises 251 apartments across three RC frame blocks and is currently progressing through the internal fit-out stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing internal finishing trades and subcontractors
- Coordinating apartment handovers and quality inspections
- Driving quality standards and ensuring works are completed to specification
- Managing snagging, de-snagging and client inspections
- Monitoring progress against programme and assisting with achieving key milestones
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager role
- Strong residential apartment fit-out experience
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
- Good communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
