Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver our Active Fixed Income product strategy. You’ll take a leading role across the end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting the development, launch and ongoing management of active fixed income and liquidity solutions across a range of structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts.
Working collaboratively with Investment, Distribution and teams across the wider business, you’ll help build client-focused solutions that support sustainable commercial growth while meeting regulatory, governance and customer outcome requirements. You’ll also have opportunities to present proposals and recommendations to product governance committees and relevant boards.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading the design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income and liquidity products across a range of investment vehicles

Managing product launches, amendments, mergers and closures in line with commercial objectives and client needs

Coordinating projects by defining milestones, managing actions and risks, facilitating working groups and engaging subject-matter experts

Ensuring product activity meets relevant regulatory, governance, risk and internal policy requirements

Reviewing the commercial viability and ongoing performance of the product range, identifying opportunities for improvement

Providing technical product expertise across areas including proposition design, regulation, tax, disclosures, registrations and operational matters

Analysing client, competitor, industry and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive offering

Building collaborative relationships across Investment, Distribution, operations, service providers, governance committees and external partners
Who we’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry, with experience launching and managing investment funds across relevant jurisdictions

In-depth understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies, products and client selection processes

Sound technical knowledge of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts

Experience across product strategy, development and end-to-end lifecycle management

Demonstrable project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, risks and multiple stakeholders

An inclusive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence colleagues, senior stakeholders, boards and external partners

Strong attention to detail, alongside a commitment to improving processes and delivering efficiently

A degree or equivalent experience, with relevant professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA welcomed
