We are seeking a skilled Stonemason to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating beautiful stone worktops and contributing to various commercial projects. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
working mainly in workshops, preparing the stone to be used in customers kitchens. Working from drawings and plans, you will be expected to manufacture stone pieces to clients needs.
Job Roles
To ensure that all work in carried our in a safe manner (The most important aspect of this position)
Report any dangerous activities to to Andy immediately
Wear the required PPE when a hazardous task in undertaken (If unsure, ask your line manager)
To keep all tools and machinery in a clean and well maintained condition
Clean vehicles and your working area on a daily basis
Immediately report any damage to vehicles and tools your line manager when it happens
Fabricate and install all types of stone to a high standard
Follow standard operating procedures set by you line manager
Follow the documented QA system to ensure your work is to a high standard
Be ready to work at 8am (Monday to Friday)
Company Roles
Provide assistance to fitting teams and factory masons where required for additional drivers/ lifting on installations that require more is practical from the factory floor
Maintain a clean and tidy work place
Able to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
