Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Vitality office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
This is your opportunity to make a real difference to both your team and our customers. As an Underwriting Team Leader, you’ll lead, coach and develop a team of underwriters, creating an environment where people feel confident, supported and empowered to make sound decisions. Drawing on your knowledge of life insurance and risk assessment, you’ll guide your team to deliver consistent, high quality underwriting outcomes that balance risk with fair, customer-focused decisions. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the team operates day to day, driving capability, embedding best practice, and supporting your team through complex cases. All while continuously improving the way we work to enhance service, quality and the overall customer experience across the underwriting journey.
