At the Qantas Premium Lounge London Heathrow, we have a unique opportunity for extraordinary professional to join our team in providing Five Star Hospitality service including premium a la carte and buffet dining.

What are we looking for:
Ideally with at least three years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment or ex-cabin crew with impeccable presentation and a warm friendly smile that will set you apart.
Our lounge hosts are the face of our lounge they represent both Accor and Qantas to our passengers by giving a friendly welcome at the reception desk of our premium lounge in Heathrow terminal 3. Dealing with lounge access, check in, transfer, seat changes and general enquires.
In addition to working on the reception the hosts will work on the main floor of the lounge to ensure that our VIP passengers are well taken care of.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a must.
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Some level of food, wine & beverage knowledge
- Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient.
- Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
- Maintaining a high standard of grooming and presentation.
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- 5 years background check and criminal record check is required to work at the airport.
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Lounge opens early in the morning from 06:00am.
