As an Assembly Operative you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for assembling and manufacturing our products. Your work will contribute to the production of that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
We are looking for an Assembler with the following skills and experience:
· Able to follow working instructions
· Assemble experience
· Manufacturing background
· Use of hand and power tools
· Good attention to detail
The Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Operative are:
· Perform precise assembly tasks, working down to the component level.
· Work collaboratively within the production team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
· Conduct quality checks and tests on assembled products to ensure they meet required specifications.
· Support problem-solving activities for new products and assist in their transition into production.
· Maintain proper documentation and ensure it’s accurate and legible.
· Liaise with the supervisor to drive quality improvements and technical innovation.
The successful Assembly Operative will have the following skills / experience:
· Proven experience in assembly, especially down to component level, within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong hand-eye coordination with a keen attention to detail.
· A team player who is reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to meet production goals.
(Experience in welding, soldering, brazing, or general assembly is a strong plus)
Monday - Thursday, 36 hours per week.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
