About the role:

We’re growing fast and looking for a Systems & Supply Chain Co‑ordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our supply chain and operational systems.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you’ll co-ordinate stock, suppliers and deliveries while ensuring our systems and data remain accurate, reliable and efficient. You’ll play a key role in supporting our bakeries and helping us scale with confidence.

As Systems & Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will:

Co-ordinate purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier orders
Monitor stock levels and support effective stock control
Build strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers and resolve issues quickly
Support demand planning, reporting and new bakery openings
Maintain accurate data across our systems (WRS Stockade & Kafoodle)
Investigate discrepancies and improve processes and data accuracy
Provide first-line systems support to our bakery teams
Support continuous improvement across supply chain processes and systems

What we are looking for:

Experience in supply chain, operations or co-ordination roles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident working with data, systems and Excel
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to our Head Office in Paulton
Full UK driving licence
