As part of our continued expansion, including new clinic growth, increasing surgical capacity, and the development of insurance and medical partnerships, we are seeking an experienced and highly driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our operational performance across the business.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and understands how to balance exceptional patient experience with strong commercial and operational performance.
The Role
The Operations Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of CLNQ and support the strategic growth of the business across multiple sites.
You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, surgeons, clinicians, and administrative teams to ensure the smooth running of all clinical and non-clinical operations. The role will play a key part in scaling the business through new clinic openings, recruitment of medical and surgical teams, optimisation of systems and workflows, CQC governance, and performance management.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational ability, commercial awareness, and experience within healthcare, aesthetics, surgical, or premium service environments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across CLNQ clinics and future expansion sites
- Ensure efficient clinic flow, theatre utilisation, staffing, and patient scheduling
- Support the onboarding and integration of new medical, surgical, and nursing staff
- Coordinate surgical lists, clinic capacity, and clinician utilisation
- Ensure all patient records, documentation, and clinical pathways are maintained to a high standard
- Improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Manage marketing plans and strategies for CLNQ
Growth & Expansion
- Support the operational launch and management of new clinic locations, including London expansion
- Assist with recruitment and scaling of clinical and non-clinical teams
- Develop operational structures capable of supporting rapid business growth
- Build relationships with external providers, consultants, insurers, and healthcare partners
- Manage marketing strategies for the group
- Support the development of insurance-based medical and surgical services
- Assist leadership with strategic projects, business development initiatives, and operational planning
Compliance, Governance & CQC
- Support CQC compliance and governance across all locations
- Ensure all clinics operate in accordance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practice
- Maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and operational policies with clinical teams
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage front-of-house, administrative, nursing, technician, and operational teams
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence
- Oversee rotas, staffing cover, recruitment coordination, and team development
- Support training, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Act as the operational link between clinicians, management, and support teams
- Ensure teams are aligned with company values, standards, and KPIs
Commercial & KPI Performance
- Monitor and report on operational and commercial KPIs
- Drive improvements in clinic utilisation, lead conversion, treatment conversion, patient retention, and operational efficiency
- Work alongside the sales and patient coordination teams to optimise diaries and capacity
- Support revenue growth initiatives, open events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor cancellations, DNA rates, finance approvals, and treatment uptake
- Help implement systems and reporting structures to support data-driven decision making
Patient Experience
- Ensure a seamless premium patient journey from enquiry through to aftercare
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all locations
- Resolve operational or patient issues proactively and professionally
- Ensure front-of-house presentation and clinic standards reflect the CLNQ brand
- Support continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and experience metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management within healthcare, aesthetics, surgical, medical, or premium hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance, and healthcare compliance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
- Commercially aware with a KPI and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with CRM and operational systems such as Salesforce, Pabau, or equivalent platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations
- Experience supporting clinic growth, expansion, or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous
- Experience within private healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or wellness sectors preferred
