Full job description

Experienced Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

Warrington WA1 (Hybrid - office/some remote working)

16-20 Hours Per Week (flexible on shift patterns within school pick up)

£17–£20 per Hour depending on experience

initial 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering marketing activity across our social media channels, email marketing and printed marketing materials.

You'll play a key role in helping us grow brand awareness, generate leads and create professional marketing assets for both B2B and consumer audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Designing graphics, brochures, leaflets, roller banners and marketing materials using Canva
Creating and maintaining brand guidelines
Producing professional B2B sales and marketing collateral
Managing content calendars and scheduling posts
Creating and managing Shopify email marketing campaigns
Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns
Working closely with the business owner to develop and implement marketing strategies
Identifying opportunities to improve brand awareness and lead generation

Essential Experience

Applicants must have:

✔ A minimum of 3 years' marketing experience

✔ Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing role

✔ Strong Canva design or Adobe Creative skills

✔ Experience creating content for business social media accounts

✔ Experience creating brochures, leaflets, flyers and marketing materials

✔ Experience with email marketing platforms

✔ Excellent copywriting skills

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills

✔ The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Desirable Experience

Shopify experience
Experience creating brand guidelines
B2B marketing experience
Meta Business Suite experience
LinkedIn marketing experience
Basic video editing skills

What We're Looking For

Someone ideally based in Warrington. We're looking for someone who is proactive, creative and confident working independently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven marketing background and be able to demonstrate examples of content, brochures, campaigns or marketing materials they have personally created.
