We are a growing Asset Management company specialising in the management and letting of residential apartment developments across the UK. Working closely with landlords, investors, and residents, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, maintaining high occupancy levels, and creating well-managed communities.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Lettings & Property Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Daresbury.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a fast-paced and growing business. You will be responsible for the letting and day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential apartments, ensuring properties remain occupied, tenants are well looked after, and landlords receive an excellent level of service.
You will work closely with our dedicated Administration, Maintenance, and Block Management teams, allowing you to focus on securing tenants, managing landlord and tenant relationships, carrying out inspections, and overseeing the day-to-day management of your portfolio.
The role offers a competitive salary alongside commission on successful move-ins.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings
- Market available apartments across property portals and marketing channels.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and qualify prospective applicants.
- Arrange property viewings and secure suitable tenants.
- Negotiate offers and agree tenancy terms with applicants.
- Work closely with the Administration Team to progress successful applicants through to move-in.
- Minimise void periods and maintain strong occupancy levels across the portfolio.
- Build positive relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, and investors.
Property Management
- Manage a portfolio of residential apartments.
- Act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Book routine property inspections for our inspector and send detailed reports.
- Handle day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve tenancy and property-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
About You
We are looking for a confident and organised individual with previous experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running and become a valued member of the team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager,or similar property-related role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with apartment developments or residential portfolios.
- Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards qualification.
- Experience working alongside block management teams.
