Job Title: Experienced TikTok Creator Manager

Location: Salford

Through our sub-brands Isoclean, Isoskin, Isohealth, and Isoscents we deliver high-performance, vegan, and cruelty-free products made entirely in-house in the UK. We’re expanding rapidly across the UK, Ireland, and the US and are looking for an experienced Creator Manager to drive our creator-led strategy through TikTok Shop and affiliate partnerships on instagram.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Creator Manager with proven experience managing TikTok Seller Centre, TikTok Affiliate Platform, and TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our creator partnerships from identifying high-performing talent to executing affiliate and TAP campaigns that drive measurable sales and brand awareness.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who understands how to combine influencer creativity with performance-driven results on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the TikTok Creator strategy - oversee recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management for creators and affiliates.
Operate and optimise within TikTok Seller Centre - including product listings, affiliate commission setup, campaign management, and performance reporting.
Initiate, manage, and optimise TAP campaigns - ensuring correct product selection, campaign setup, and creator recruitment to maximise ROI.
Source, vet, and onboard creators - who align with the brand
Build and execute TikTok affiliate campaigns designed to drive conversions, product visibility, and brand trust.
Monitor and analyse creator and TAP campaign performance, using data to refine strategy and identify top-performing partnerships.
Collaborate with the content, paid media, and e-commerce teams to align creator content with brand and sales objectives.
Negotiate affiliate rates, campaign briefs, and incentives to attract and retain high-quality creators.
Stay up to date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maximise organic and affiliate growth opportunities.
Support in the development of creator tiering systems, SOPs and workflows for scalable program management.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in TikTok Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, or similar role.
Essential: Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Centre, TikTok Affiliate Platform, and TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) campaign management.
Proven track record of growing affiliate sales and managing performance-based influencer campaigns.
Strong understanding of TikTok analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with talent and agencies.
Creative eye for content that performs with a pulse on current TikTok trends and creator culture.
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector is highly desirable.
