Duties

- Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

- Organise and coordinate B2B meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
- Manage customer enquiries promptly via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Maintain organised records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience or familiarity with B2B sales processes.
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic digital marketing tools.
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client visits and event organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
