In this role, you’ll be helping care for homes and some small businesses across Warwick, Leamington, and the surrounding areas. You won’t just be cleaning—you’ll be brightening someone’s day, creating calm, welcoming spaces, and becoming part of “the team behind the sparkle.”
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Friday (Can be flexible with days week to week if discussed first)
- 4 days per week with varied hours
- No weekends
- School-friendly hours available (up to 5 hours per day between 9:30am–2:30pm)
- Optional overtime if you’d like to increase your hours

What you’ll be doing:
- Bringing homes to life by dusting, hoovering, mopping, and leaving kitchens and bathrooms beautifully clean, fresh, and inviting
- Adding those thoughtful finishing touches, such as changing beds, freshening up fridges, and helping with laundry when needed
- Taking genuine pride in your work, ensuring every home meets our high standards and feels just right for each client
- Building lovely, respectful relationships with our clients through your friendly and caring approach
- Working safely and confidently, following simple health and safety guidelines to protect yourself and others
- Keeping in touch with the team and clients through clear, positive, and friendly communication
- Going the extra mile when needed—those little thoughtful touches that leave clients smiling and make all the difference
