Lina Liu Academy is looking for an ambitious, confident and results-driven Sales & Student Enrolment Advisor to join our growing academy.
This is a sales-focused role. Your primary responsibility is to convert enquiries into booked consultations and student enrolments. You will be expected to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding experience for every prospective student.
This is primarily an office-based role, working closely alongside Lina Liu as we continue to build and grow the academy. Working together in person is an important part of learning our products, sales process and company culture. Occasional remote working may be available when appropriate, such as during business travel or agreed business activities.

About The Role
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Generate student enrolments and help grow the academy.
You'll contact warm enquiries, qualify prospective students, arrange consultations and learn our proven student consultation process.
As you develop, you'll also support our marketing activities, CRM systems, content creation, student experience and academy operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.
Your Responsibilities
- Contact warm enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Qualify prospective students.
- Book consultations.
- Follow up existing leads using our CRM.
- Convert consultations into student enrolments.
- Support student enrolments and customer experience.
- Assist with marketing and social media.
- Create and organise content.
- Capture photos and videos during academy training.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support academy administration.
- Continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales, business development or customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Beauty industry experience.
- CRM experience.
- Marketing knowledge.
- Social media or content creation experience.
- Mandarin or Cantonese (advantage only).
