Traffic Marshall / Labourer Required – Birmingham

Site Match UK is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Traffic Marshall / Labourer to join a busy construction project in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a well-managed site, supporting daily operations while ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and directing vehicle movements safely around site
Banking delivery vehicles and plant machinery
Assisting with general labouring duties as required
Supporting site logistics and material deliveries
Maintaining site security and controlling access points
Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle routes remain safe and clear
Following traffic management plans and site safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free
Working closely with site management to maintain efficient site operations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall, Banksman, or Labourer on construction sites
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
CAT & Genie ticket preferred
Good understanding of site safety procedures and traffic management protocols
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexible and reliable approach to work
Own PPE and high-visibility clothing preferred
