We’re excited to be opening a brand-new nursery in Edgbaston and are looking for experienced, passionate Room Leaders to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education, while supporting and working closely with the management team.
You’ll be a caring, creative, and reflective leader who brings fresh ideas and a commitment to continuously improving practice. Your ability to inspire your team and create a nurturing, engaging environment will help every child thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing the daily operations of your room
- Delivering high-quality care and early years education
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Working in partnership with management to drive continuous improvement
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education is essential and experience in a Senior Role is preferred.
