Administrator/Co-ordinator - 37.5 Hours with some overtime required.
Location: Washington,Tyne and Wear
We are looking to recruit a new member, to join our Construction Engineering Department.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and the Regional Manager, responsibilities will be varied, but will include:
- Assisting the Contracts manager in the allocation of site staff efficiently
- Liaising with clients regarding enquiries, providing quotations and processing orders
- Organising and maintaining project files and records
- Assisting in the collating and issuing of reports to clients
- Compiling project invoices and updating internal accounts department information
- Assisting with Quality Audit information and Supplier Questionnaires
- Answering general Email & telephone enquiries
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident attitude
- Well organised, and have the ability to prioritise their own workload with minimum supervision
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and happy to accept new challenges
- Reliable, and have a good time keeping record
- Comfortable working in a small team in a sometimes fast paced environment
Previous experience of working within an office and or customer service environment is essential, together with knowledge of Microsoft packages and bespoke business systems.
This is an interesting and varied position, which will offer opportunities to the right candidate to progress their role and responsibilities within the company. Candidates with supervisory experience in the same environment will also be considered.
