Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, tailored to clients of various fitness levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to inspire clients on their wellness journey while fostering a positive and motivating environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to promoting health and fitness through specialised instruction.

Responsibilities

Lead group and individual Pilates reformer classes, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
Develop customised programmes to meet the specific needs and goals of clients
Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications for different ability levels
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to optimise results
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring equipment is sanitised after each session
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and positive engagement

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with a focus on Pilates or similar disciplines
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and abilities
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention
Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and personalised guidance
Organised with the ability to manage multiple classes efficiently
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals
