Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Team Member to join our busy team at Elm Tree Farm Garden Nursery & Tea Room.

Working in our established Tea Room, you will help provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers who visit to eat, drink and relax. We are a fast-paced and friendly environment, open 7 days a week.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual with previous hospitality experience and confident barista skills.

Hours

Approx. 32 hours per week
Working 3 days during the week and 1 day at the weekend.

Duties will include:

Taking orders and operating the till
Preparing drinks using a barista coffee machine
Clearing and resetting tables
Basic food preparation
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the Tea Room
Helping ensure smooth day-to-day running of the front of house area

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous front of house/hospitality experience
Have barista coffee experience
Be friendly, reliable and well presented
Work well under pressure in a busy environment
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be a strong team player with a positive attitude
