Full job description

Nathaniel Cars is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Franchise Administrator in Bridgend.

The Franchise Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of new vehicle sales from order through to delivery. This role is vital in maintaining Nathaniel’s standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while ensuring all processes are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Car Manufacturers in supplying delivery of all new vehicles

Ensure all discounts or claim backs from the manufacturers are received

Dealing with haulage companies with the logistics of delivery of vehicles to and from the dealership

Liaise with Sales Executives across the group regarding new vehicle enquires

Guaranteeing all orders are supplied accurately and in a timely manner meeting customers’ expectations

Processing customers sold files through the dealer management system working closely with the sales administration team

Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in a Sales Administration role, ideally within the motor trade
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office especially excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Able to handle confidential information with discretion

What we offer you in return:

Monday to Friday working
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Contributory workplace pension plan

This is a fulltime and permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, there is a starting salary of £30,000 but is negotiable depending on previous experience.
