Job Description:

Working Hours:

4 hours, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 11am.

Role Overview:

FINECLEAN is a leading commercial and industrial cleaning company. We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual Cover Cleaning Operatives to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites. Operatives must have a full driving licence and their own car, as travel between sites is required (mileage will be reimbursed). An advanced DBS certificate is advantageous; however, if you do not have one, we will arrange it with the charges deducted from your salary

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards across multiple commercial and industrial sites.
Ensure cleaning is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and products correctly.
Report any maintenance issues or health & safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Follow all site-specific procedures and comply with FINECLEAN's policies.

Travel & Site Management:

Attend various sites in Worcester, Droitwich, and surrounding areas as required.
Ensure timely arrival at sites using own transport; mileage will be reimbursed.
Be flexible to cover shifts at short notice, including emergency or ad-hoc cover.

Compliance & Safety:

Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and cleaning protocols.
Participate in training and induction sessions as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times on client sites.
Assist with site inspections and quality checks when requested.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience in commercial or industrial environments is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability to cover multiple sites on short notice.
DBS check is advantageous; if not held, the company will arrange one with fees deducted from salary.
