Drive Medical is seeking a driven, commercially astute Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the Acute channel. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, selling our full portfolio of healthcare products, rental solutions and service contracts.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering against ambitious revenue, profit and margin targets while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, from clinical influencers to procurement teams. You’ll confidently navigate complex NHS purchasing processes, contribute to tender submissions and position Drive Medical for long-term contract success.

You will actively win new business, from smaller “run-rate” orders to multi-year agreements, while also developing and expanding existing accounts. With a focus on strategic account management, you’ll identify growth opportunities, conduct impactful product demonstrations, manage trials and deliver engaging product training sessions.

A key part of the role is maintaining a strong pipeline through consistent activity (circa 15 appointments per week and regular demonstrations), keeping CRM data up to date and providing accurate forecasts. You will also gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and help shape territory sales strategies.

We are looking for a proven medical sales professional with a track record of success, strong NHS knowledge and the ability to influence at senior levels. You will be highly organised, results-driven and confident working autonomously while contributing to a wider team.
