Full job description

We are looking for a experienced multi trade to join our team of staff that look after around 2000 properties in south east London and Kent, attractive package for the right candidates, must have own tools, own vehicle is a big advantage, overtime also available and attractive price for out of hours if interested. We pride ourselves on our punctuality and clean uniform and working area. Aswell as property maintenance we also have a building and loft conversion side of the business so the opportunities to grow within the business is another bonus. Responsibilities

Utilize hand and power tools to perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Conduct roofing and masonry projects, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
Fabricate and assemble components as needed, adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects.

Qualifications

Proficient in using hand and power tools
Strong skills in carpentry, roofing, and construction painting
Experience in plumbing, masonry, and welding
Electrical experience is a plus
Ability to perform fabrication tasks
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments

Requirements

Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle
Must have hand tools to carry out works on a day to day basis
Reliable and punctual
To be competent and able to use mobile to fill in Completed tasks On our supplied app

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £130.00-£150.00 per day
