About the Job
At Langosteria, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will ensure the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and technical systems, contributing to the exceptional standards of excellence that define the Langosteria brand.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities across restaurant facilities and equipment
- Monitor and maintain heating, boiler, cooling, and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely corrective interventions
- Coordinate and support external suppliers and specialized maintenance contractors when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Plan and execute maintenance activities with precision, minimizing disruption to operations
- Monitor the condition of equipment and identify improvement opportunities to prevent breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance interventions and technical documentation
- Support opening, renovation, and improvement projects across the Group's locations
- Collaborate closely with restaurant management and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
- Knowledge of boiler systems, cooling systems, and general building maintenance
- Strong manual and practical skills, with the ability to perform physical work when required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and execute tasks accurately
- Good level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with common IT tools and software
- Availability to work on shifts and provide support when operational needs require it
