Located in the heart of London, our factory is a bustling hub of creativity and craftsmanship. In addition to our core business, we also manage a successful studio rental business Salt studios London catering to photographers, designers, and Artists. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our CEO in driving both the clothing factory and the studio rental business forward.

Job Description:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s daily activities. You will be the right hand to our dynamic leader, providing top-notch administrative support and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both the fashion industry and studio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Studio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio rental business, including scheduling bookings, managing inquiries, and ensuring the studios are well-maintained.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with studio clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts for the studio rental business, including social media updates, promotional campaigns, and partnerships.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

- Provide support with personal and household administrative tasks for the CEO, including ad hoc personal errands and coordination as required.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
