Are you ready to kickstart your career in a vibrant, dynamic environment? Bagnalls Painters & Decorators are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in London - Weybridge!
The Role:
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. As an Administration Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry professionals. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our London office. We will also support you through a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification
In this role you’ll build strong foundations in administration – developing essential skills in organisation, communication, and service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Handling phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.

Supporting the contracts managers in contacting customers, managing schedules and organising events

Gaining hands-on experience with various office software and systems.
What We're Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in administration. The ideal candidate will:

Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Have a level 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths & English.
Salary: £17,000 - £21,000pa - Rising to the Real Living Wage following completion of your apprenticeship.
Start Date: We can offer flexibility on start dates to factor in upcoming exams or notice periods of your current employer.
