Service Help-Desk Coordinator – BCAS Biomed Multi-Vendor Healthcare

Join our dynamic team supporting BCAS Biomed’s multi-vendor healthcare services. This office-based role is central to ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient contract management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering resources for planned and reactive tasks
Act as first-line support for customers and engineers
Maintain and update the HEMS database with all service activities
Liaise with managers, suppliers, and couriers to uphold service standards
Support managers with streamlined work systems
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
Contribute to business growth and enhance company profile

Experience & Skills

Ideally 2+ years’ experience (training provided)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document/database systems. Sage experience preferable
Must be a team player
Professional telephone manner and customer service focus
