Class 2 Mixer Driver – Buckingham / Finmere
We are looking for Class 2 mixer drivers to join our growing independent ready-mix concrete business at our Buckingham (Finmere) plant.
Experience is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
With established operations at Earls Barton and Finmere, we offer local work, a strong team environment, and modern equipment.
The role will mainly involve operating a concrete mixer, with tipper work available when required. We’re a hands-on team where everyone helps keep the yard, vehicles and operations running smoothly — cleanliness, teamwork and reliability are important to us.

- Typical hours: 6:30/7:00am – 4:30/5:30pm (depending on season/workload)
- £34,320 basic salary (48-hour week)
- Paid breaks
- Overtime paid at £20.62 per hour
- Monthly bonus up to £150
