Cleaners & Extreme Cleaning Operatives
Property Maintenance Operatives
General Maintenance Specialists

Requirements:
✔ CIS Registered (or eligible)
✔ Valid UTR Number
✔ Right to Work in the UK
✔ Own vehicle, tools and PPE
✔ Public Liability Insurance (£5m minimum)
✔ Good workmanship and reliability
✔ Ability to complete daily job reports
