Full job description

Recovery Driver / Roadside technician required for busy recovery company based in Scarborough which travel throughout the U.K.

Night shift - from 5pm till 3am on a work from home basis until a job is given. Mon-Fri with alternative weekend on call.

You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and co-operate with our control team efficiently with updates and outcomes to jobs.

C1 License along with CPC Digi card is essential as you will be driving a 7.5T or 12T slide bed recovery truck. Mechanical knowledge and common sense is also a must.

Full training and uniform provided along with company phone.

Great working atmosphere & one of the best rates of pay in the industry in the area.

Duties will be to:

Collect casualty vehicles from the scenes of breakdowns or accidents and transport them to locations throughout the U.K.
Attend the scene of the breakdown and provide roadside assistance to customers including diagnosing faults, wheel changes, battery replacements.
General workshop tasks in the Garage/depot.
Must be able to pass in depth police vetting.
