Job Title: Business Support Coordinator
Location: Worcester, West Midlands
Salary: To £45,000 depending on experience
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative support to the Managing Director of the Onsite, IWS and G-Stow businesses, whilst also delivering wider business administration support across the business areas.

The Role:
This is a newly created role that will be instrumental in ensuring the effective coordination of the MD’s activities and priorities whilst also providing effective administrative support across the wider business. The successful candidate will act as a trusted administrative partner, managing priorities, facilitating communication and helping to drive efficiency through excellent organisational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Managing Director.

Manage the MD's diary, scheduling meetings, and ensuring effective time management.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting documentation and follow-up actions.

Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and itineraries.

Screen and prioritise correspondence, emails and meeting requests where appropriate.

Prepare documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials to support business activities.

Maintain accurate records, files and documentation.

Provide administrative support across the Onsite, IWS and G-Stow businesses as required.

Support leadership team meetings through scheduling, minute taking and action tracking.

Assist with the preparation and collation of performance reports, presentations and business updates.

Support the organisation of internal events, workshops and business meetings.

Maintain business calendars and coordinate key divisional activities.

Assist with onboarding administration and other people-related processes as required.

Support projects and initiatives through effective coordination and administration.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Build strong working relationships across all areas of the business.

Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Ensure a high standard of customer service and responsiveness at all times.
What You'll Need:

Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, PA or business support role.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
