We’re looking for Field Sales Representatives (Self-Employed) to join our team at Instaloft – the UK’s leading loft storage specialist – and we want to hear from YOU.

Location: Within 1hr 45min of your home (Colchester & surrounding areas)
OTE: £60k - £100k realistic (uncapped commission)
Leads: 100% pre-qualified – NO cold calling
Where: In-home sales, with flexible hours
Reputation: Trusted market leading national brand!!

What You’ll Do:

Visit warm, pre-booked leads at their homes
Survey and measure lofts, offering tailored storage solutions
Build rapport, deliver value, and close deals
Use proven tools to manage follow-ups & maximise conversions
Represent a fast growing brand with pride

What You’ll Need:

Proven B2C sales experience (home improvement or construction a plus!)
Smart personal presentation , confidence, motivation, and excellent closing skills!
A reliable vehicle
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings & some weekends (optional)
A performance-driven mindset and hunger to earn
