This is flexible supply / temporary work, meaning you choose your availability, preferred locations, and the type of placements that suit your experience.
What Placements May InvolveEducation & School Settings
- Supporting children and young people in educational settings, including SEN schools and mainstream environments
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and development
- Supporting behaviour management and individual learning plans
- Assisting teaching staff in classrooms and specialist provisions
Care Home & Support Settings
- Supporting vulnerable individuals in care homes, residential settings, and supported living environments
- Providing emotional, practical, and personal care support where required
- Encouraging independence, wellbeing, and dignity
- Supporting individuals with additional needs and care plans
Live-in Care Roles
- Providing one-to-one support within a client’s home
- Assisting with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship, and mobility support
- Supporting independent living while ensuring comfort and safety
Housekeeping Roles
- Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- General housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and room preparation
- Supporting care homes, schools, offices, and residential settings with daily domestic operations
Office & Professional Settings
- Administrative support and office coordination
- Reception and front desk duties
- Customer service and client communication
- Data entry, scheduling, and general office administration

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in education, care, support work, housekeeping, office administration, or a related role (preferred depending on position)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one — we can assist where applicable)
- Right to work in the UK
- Two professional references
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed approach to work
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience in schools, care homes, live-in care, supported living, housekeeping, or office environments
- SEN, ASD, SEMH, or behaviour support experience
- Manual handling, safeguarding, care certificates, or health & social care training
- Administrative, customer service, or office systems experience
