Industrial Door Engineer — Colchester | £42,000 to £46,000
Location: Colchester Salary: £42,000 to £46,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

The Company
We're working with a well-established, family-run business based in Colchester who are looking to bring on an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join their growing team.
They have built an outstanding reputation within the industry, with the majority of their work coming through repeat business and recommendations, a real reflection of the quality they deliver.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the servicing, repair, fault finding and installation of a wide range of industrial door systems. Working independently on site, you'll be expected to diagnose problems efficiently, carry out repairs to a high standard and represent the business professionally with customers at all times.
Overtime is available, and due to the nature of the industry, flexibility is important. Participation in the call out rota, including evenings and weekends will be required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Industrial Door Engineer
- Confident working independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or around the Colchester area
- IPAF and PASMA certifications preferred (highly beneficial)
Package
- Salary £42,000 to £46,000, depending on experience and knowledge
- Christmas bonus
- Project bonuses on larger contracts
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Overtime opportunities available
