Full job description

We are looking for a reliable early morning cleaner to work across hospitality venues in Leeds City Centre.

Shifts between 5:00am – 12:00 midday
Monday to Sunday, rota-based
Most weekends required
Shifts of 3-4 hours per day
Immediate Start

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset are essential for interacting with clients and addressing their needs effectively.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including cabins, offices, toilets and shower areas
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide excellent customer service.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
