As demand increases, we're looking for an experienced Composite Trim & Assembly Technician to join our talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects while developing your skills and building a long-term career.

Role Overview

As a Composite Trim & Assembly Technician, you’ll be working hands-on with composite parts, following technical drawings and build manuals to complete high-precision trimming, bonding, and assembly tasks. You'll receive on-the-job training and support from experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Trim and finish composite parts to exact specifications
Bond components and complete assemblies using standard processes
Follow technical drawings and build manuals accurately
Complete required paperwork including time sheets and route cards
Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with all health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

Experience trimming and bonding composite components using structural adhesives
Thorough knowledge of composite manufacturing methods including jigging and fixturing
Confident using hand tools and air tools
Great attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable working in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
A team player with a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
