Location: Headquarters in Lincoln – HEMS Way, Lincoln, LN4 2GW. Hybrid working may be available upon completion of probation
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 per week
Salary: Salary range: £42,000 to £50,000 (FTE), dependent upon skills and experience
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Reporting to: Director of Income and Engagement

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.

About the Role
Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to join us as Head of Legacies & In Memory Giving on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. We are looking for someone with significant experience in legacy and in memory fundraising, a proven track record of delivering sustainable income growth, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with supporters, solicitors, will writers and other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator and experienced people manager, passionate about delivering outstanding supporter experiences and making a lasting difference through charitable giving.
